Customs
regulations, the development of China-Europe-China transit were on the agenda
of a session of the joint board of the customs services of the Customs Union
member states in Brest city, Belarus. A
pilot project to use intelligent electronic locks as part of container
transportation by rail between China
and Europe was discussed. This will allow
limiting customs control to only one procedure. One more priority is a full
switch to paperless technologies. The State Customs Committee of Belarus also
suggests introducing licenses for importing waste into the Eurasian Economic
Union.
