The share of electronic document turnover between Belarusian government agencies is planned to increase to 95% by 2022, as spelled out in an information society development strategy. The document includes a number of specific activities in the social sphere, the real economy, transport and banking sectors. Three quarters of all procedures and services are expected to turn digital. For example, all medical documents will be computer-stored, and every Belarusian will receive electronic medical records. All media will be available through the Internet and the share of the IT-sector will reach 4% of GDP.
