Discussion on new EAEU Customs Code

New edition of the law on customs regulation was discussed during the public advisory board of the State Customs Committee. The Customs Code of the EAEU is a reference point in this regard. It still defines all types of payments. The national legal base gives more preferences to business and promotes international trade. The main goal is to shorten the time needed for registration and crossing the border to a minimum and a transition from paper documents to electronic ones. The new edition includes periodic declaration, preliminary and incomplete. It means new opportunities for business.
