MPs have adopted amendments to the Law on Employment. The document provides for professional retraining financed by the budget. The innovation applies to citizens under the threat of dismissal, as well as to young mothers after maternity leave. In other cases, the state is ready to pay half of retraining costs. According to the document, employers will be required to give labour and employment authorities a two months" notice if the employee is under the threat of dismissal.
