Deliveries of Belarusian beef to China

The first batch of the Belarusian beef has been dispatched to China. It is several tens of tons of frozen produce of the Mogilov meet factory. Belarus is the 13-th country in the world and the first in the CIS, for which China opened the segment of its market.  Analysts expect a ten-time rise of the income for the export of the Belarusian products to China. Contracts with leading Belarusian enterprises worth $114 mln have been signed. Deliveries of poultry, milk products and starch are also planned. Last year, Belarus increased its dairy export to China almost 10 times. 14 more Belarusian enterprises expect completion of the certification procedure. A huge Chinese company plans to invest more than $250 mln. dollars into construction of milk complexes in the Vitebsk region of Belarus.
