Council of Ministers of Belarus has adopted the State
program of machine-building complex development till 2020. In total, about $2,5
billion will be funneled for it. Development, increase of efficiency and
competitiveness are among its goals. The State program's main priorities are as
follows: growth and diversification of the export of goods, balance of the
foreign trade, attraction of investments to raise labor efficiency, and
formation of advanced development centers.
