The construction of the Western Bypass Road continues in Brest city. For the city, this is the first big multilevel junction of the kind. It will help to address several problems at once. Firstly, to relieve pressure on railway crossings, where drivers have to spend time in traffic jams. Secondly, to redistribute transport flows and to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. The most important and complex part of work is the construction of a railroad underbridge.
