The planned disconnection of the first power unit of the BelNPP from the grid will last for about a week. This is necessary to perform routine maintenance. The commissioning of the first power unit is planned for April-May. It will be carried out by a special commission. Both the status of facilities and systems, and the readiness of personnel will be tested. The Belarusian nuclear energy watchdog will prepare a statement to be used as a foundation for issuing an operating license. As for international experts, this year our country plans to host two more IAEA missions.
