Commercial real estate market in Belarus recovering

The commercial real estate market is gradually recovering, experts say. Attendance of Minsk-based shopping malls is growing. April was not an easy month in commercial real estate, due to the pandemic attendance at some stores fell by 70%. May saw a positive trend, the same is expected in June. Market experts note: real estate owners showed some flexibility and  met customers halfway providing discounts or installment plans. Each application was approached in an individual way.
