The adoption of an agreement on free trade in services in the CIS is important. This opinion was expressed during the meeting of the CIS Plenipotentiaries Council, which was held today in Minsk. The results of the meeting of the CIS Economic Council, as well as the activity of the CIS Council for Cooperation in Basic Science were evaluated in CIS headquarters. The council is engaged in preparing proposals for the implementation of interstate programs and projects, improving the regulatory framework in the field of basic science. The participants also discussed the preparations for the next meeting of the Council of CIS Foreign Ministers and the Council of CIS Heads of State, which will be held in Ashgabat on October 10-11.
