The agenda of the summit of CIS heads of government was discussed in Minsk by the Permanent Representatives of the Commonwealth countries. The meeting will be held in November in Tashkent. Major attention will be paid to such topics as the operation of the free trade zones and cooperation in combating terrorism. The budgetary and financial issues will be also discussed. The day before, the premanent representatives took part in the opening ceremony of the literary and art exhibition "Belarus the Literary, Belarus the Inspiring." It is timed to such holidays as the Day of Knowledge, the Day of Belarusian Written Language and the Day of Libraries. The exposition includes rare books with autographs of authors, as well as a unique edition from the collections of the National Library - "The World Heritage of Francis Skaryna".
