Brest demonstrates economic records

According to the results of the past year, the exporting enterprises of Brest earned one and a half billion dollars. There has never been such a result in the city upon-Bug-river. Export volume is 20% more than expected. And the geography of foreign trade expanded by ten countries at once. Today goods from Brest are sold to 84 countries. The farthest is Australia. The main export partner is Russia. 73% of production goes there. Ukraine is second, deliveries here were doubled last year. The main enterprises that moved forward the city's economy were milk and meat processing companies, as well as a large manufacturer of household appliances.
