The National Seminar on Public Procurement opens in Minsk. Representatives of state bodies and business unions are invited. The specialists will present the best world practices in public procurement. The experience will be shared by countries that are already working in the markets of the World Trade Organization. Participants will discuss how to enter the international market with their products, what the preferences are and how to protect their producers. At the end of June, at a meeting in Geneva, Belarus received an observer status at the WTO Committee on Public Procurement. This gives an opportunity to participate in discussions on assessing the opportunities and risks of large exporters in the big trade market.
