Belarusian Railway intends to attract additional volumes of cargo and passenger traffic in 2016

The Belarusian Railway has outlined the main international cooperation directions, with priority given to expanding cooperation with neighbouring countries, as well as with China, Estonia, Germany and Kazakhstan. The main task is to attract additional volumes of cargo and passenger traffic. Emphasis will also be placed on main line electrification.
