BelAZ creates electric dump trucks

The Belarusian Automobile Plant creates electric dump trucks. The designers are testing the 90-ton BelAZ on an electric battery. A 220-ton electric dump truck is in the plans. This machinery is not only environmentally friendly, but also economical: delivering fuel to remote quarries, for example, Yakutia, is very expensive. Another type of new trucks is diesel trolley cars. They are already working in Sakhalin in quarries with infrastructure for recharging. Well, the world premiere of the 90-ton BelAZ electric dump truck will take place in the fall at one of the major international exhibitions.
