Belarusian-Swedish project on land management and urban development results summed up in Minsk

The results of a joint Belarusian-Swedish project on land management and urban development are summed up in Minsk. The concept of urban development SIMBIO-City was developed and implemented in Brest within the framework of the project. The role of the society in the urban planning process has been strengthened. Methodology has been developed for mass valuation of real estate, including for improving taxation and pricing procedures. The conference will continue tomorrow with a round table. Representatives of ministries and departments of Belarus, Moldova, Latvia, Slovenia and Russia will take part in it.
