Belarusian oil producing industry turns 55. The branch celebrates the anniversary with 15 wells that have already turned out 1 million tons of oil. There are 849 active wells in the country today. Every year they produce more than one and a half thousand tons of oil. For more than half a century, our country has nurtured personnel and gained experience that today is in demand abroad. Belarusian specialists work in Russia, Ukraine, Ecuador and Venezuela. At the same time, seismic prospecting is being developed at home. Oil inflow, preparation, shipping – today the entire process is controlled with the help of the latest technologies.
