Belarusian-made organic products to appear in Belarusian stores in spring

Belarusian-made organic products are expected to appear on store shelves this spring. This category includes agricultural and food products grown without chemical fertilizers and protective equipment, growth regulators and GMOs. Relevant products will be labeled with the "Organic Product" mark. However, before receiving a certificate, enterprises must go through the so-called transition period. For poultry products, it is 12 weeks, and the longest - 3 years for products of plant origin, for example, apples. Certification is voluntary. The document is issued for a period of 5 years.
