Belarusian Honorary Consulate opens in Lausanne

Honorary consulate of Belarus opened in Lausanne. This is our first diplomatic mission in the French part of Switzerland. Another one operates in Zurich. The opening of the Honorary Consulate is a step forward in the development of Belarusian-Swiss cooperation in all areas, and especially in the economy. The diplomatic mission will also provide assistance and support to Belarusians in this region of Switzerland and to those who are ready to come to our country as tourists or businessmen. Over the recent six months, Belarusian exports to Switzerland increased by 20%. A quarter of sales are high-tech products. The two countries share their experience in the legal framework and the practical use of blockchain technology.
