Belarusian farmers harvest over 5 million tons of grain

The pace of the harvesting campaign in Belarus is higher than last year, the Ministry of Agriculture noted. As of today, the farmers harvested more than 5 million tons of grain. Minsk region is in the lead. The total yield now is one million two hundred and sixty thousand tons. Over 72% of the arable lands have been cropped. By the way, many districts of the Minsk region that have harvested most of the grain send their equipment to where the pace of harvesting needs to be accelerated. Among the 22 districts of the Minsk region, Nesvizh is the leader. The top three also includes Slutsk and Kopyl districts.
