Belarusian fabrics have made the grade in recent years. The exports of linen and half-woolen linen to the EU, Russia and China have been increasing. Minsk is hosting the BelTexIndustry 2018 exhibition featuring clothes, footwear, and fancy goods produced both by small design studios and large manufacturers. Sukno, one of the domestic enterprises is expecting a radical modernization in the near future following the example of the successful restart of Kamvol company, which is now producing a collection of fabrics for Turkish partners. To date, more than 200,000 running meters of fabric have already been delivered to the customers.
