Belarusian-European Economic Forum was held in Luxembourg

Belarusian-European Economic Forum was held in Luxembourg. As the Prime Minister of Belarus Andrei Kobyakov announced, our country intends to preserve the open nature of the economy and attract foreign investments. At the same time, he stressed that the main thing is not the money that will go to the budget, but the economic growth of Belarus. The outcome of the dialogue of officials, businessmen and experts was the signing of documents on investment partnership, e.g. Svetlogorsk Pulp and Paper Mill signed a contract with the Swiss company Eckhart, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is ready to participate in the reconstruction of the P80 «Sloboda – Papernya» road, and other projects.
