Belarusian enterprises allowed to participate in public procurement in Russia

More than 40 Belarusian enterprises enjoy the possibility of participating in government procurement programs in Russia. They are included in the Eurasian Register of Industrial Products. The restrictions last year were related to the new rules on the market of the neighboring country: only those enterprises that had a high share of Russian components in their product could compete in municipal tenders. Now the degree of localization has been expanded to include the five EAEU members.
