Michelin star chefs appreciated Belarusian dairy products. Belarusian products were among the best at a tasting contest in Brussels. They were selected after a blind tasting by over 200 famous chefs, sommeliers and professional tasters from more than 20 countries. In total, over 3000 products took part in the competition. Each taster evaluated the products independently and in complete silence. Points were given according to five criteria: first impression, appearance, smell, taste and texture.
