Belarusian agrarians start planting potatoes

With the soil temperature increasing up to +8 C and a great weekend coming soon, scientists-agrarians are giving the go-ahead for planting potatoes. According to the Academy of Sciences, the appropriate period for that is a week or a week and a half. By the way, soon both on private plots and on an industrial scale, the "second bread" can be grown with purple and pink pulp. Such potatoes contain much more antioxidants, experts say. This year it will be tested. According to statistics, on average, Belarus is Number 1 in the world consuming 183 kilograms of potato per person per year.
