Belarusian agrarians harvest about 1.8m tonnes of grain

The harvesting campaign is in full swing. Belarusian agrarians have already harvested one third of the sown area, i.e. about 1.8 million tonnes of grain. The Brest region is traditionally leading. Grodno and Minsk regions are also among the leaders in the number of harvested crops. Recently, Belarus President hosted a nationwide teleconference on harvest 2019. The head of state set a task to harvest at least 9.5m tonnes of grain. The campaign must be completed within 20 days.
