Belarusain agrarians gathered 1 mln 670 thous tons of grain

The Belarusain agrarians have gathered 1 mln 670 thous tons of grain. Over a third of the cultivated area has been harvested. The Brest region is leading with almost 600 thousand tons. The Grodno and Minsk regions are also among leaders. The average crop yield across the country is 38.1 hundredweights per hectare.  A big yield of fall-seeded hybrid rye is expected in the Vitebsk region. With the technology strictly observed, the yield can reach 100 centners per hectare. Forage procurement is also paid much attention, too.
