Belarus has ranked 44th among 189 countries in the World Bank Group"s Doing Business 2016 report, compared to last year"s 57th place.<br>The report is based on 10 indicators. Belarus has demonstrated the best results in registering new businesses and property.<br>This year, the country with the most favourable conditions for doing business is Singapore, followed by New Zealand.<br>Armenia, Kazakhstan and Russia have ranked the highest among CIS countries, taking the 35th, 41st and 51st places respectively.
