Belarus working to cancel paper-based veterinary certificates

Belarus is working to cancel paper-based veterinary certificates. Russia proposes to abolish paper document flow in the bilateral trade. This will mean a complete transition to the electronic technology. Our information certification system has already been implemented and is actively developing. Now electronic documents for animal feed and products for technical purposes are issued in the test mode. The work on the development of a common electronic veterinary certification system is nearing completion. It will simplify the movement of goods in the single market of Belarus and Russia.
