Belarus to take measures to prevent price increases

Measures will be taken in Belarus to ensure that drug prices will not rise. This was stated by the Chairman of the State Control Committee following the meeting with the Head of State. At the same time, Vasily Gerasimov noted that the work on monitoring the rise in prices in pharmacies is carried out on an ongoing basis. Each fact of an unreasonable increase in drug prices will be considered on an individual basis. And in all such cases, a legal assessment will be given. In addition, the agency was instructed to monitor companies that hide income and evade taxes. The President also gave instructions to eliminate intermediation within Belarus.
