Belarus to improve system of fruits and vegetables storing

Retail chains and agricultural producers should conclude contracts for the supply of fruits and vegetables to stores within a year. This is the recommendation of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation; for this, the department proposes to organize a large meeting of networkers with farmers. It is necessary to clearly indicate the range of products, volumes and delivery conditions. It is also important for farmers to take into account the retail requirements for the same packaging. MART also appeals to local authorities to offer places in the markets, preferably free of charge, for the sale of farm products. Belarus plans to improve the system of fruits and vegetables storing in stabilization funds.
