Today at the Palace of Independence Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko and Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon agreed that Belarus will send the leadership of the largest companies to Tajikistan to study the possibilities of creating new joint ventures. The main theme of the negotiations was the ways of activating trade and economic cooperation and increasing the volume of mutual trade, creating new joint ventures with the possibility of entering the markets of third countries, for example, Afghanistan. The presidents of the two countries also agreed on holding the business forum next spirng. Alexander Lukashenko instructed to work out options for delivering Belarusian equipment to the exhibition in Dushanbe with the possibility of selling it. Belarus and Tajikistan also intend to work out a new «roadmap» for cooperation.
