The draft decree «On the Development of Entrepreneurship» was submitted to the President of Belarus for consideration. The key document on liberalization in the economy was presented the day before to Alexander Lukashenko by First Deputy Prime Minister Vasily Matyushevsky. The business environment will pass through fundamental changes. The state will be less get involved in the work of private entrepreneurs, the self-regulation and responsibility of business will increase. The document also simplified the technical requirements. Also, the head of state was presented a draft decree on optimizing the licensing procedure. At the end of the working meeting, the President supported all the proposed regulations. Documents will be signed soon.
