Belarus has signed an agreement on conditions of Eurasian Economic Union Court operation in its territory. The ceremony took place at the Foreign Ministry. The signing of the agreement is an important event in the development and improvement of Eurasian integration processes.EAEU countries may appeal to the EAEU Court if, in their opinion, an inappropriate decision on a particular issue has been made or if other EAEU states fail to comply with the provisions of existing treaties and documents. Also, the Court will defend the rights of entrepreneurs.The Court of the Eurasian Economic Union is a permanent body designed to ensure the uniform application of international treaties and other legal documents in the territory of the EAEU.
