The Foreign Ministry does not rule out early accession of Belarus to the World Trade Organization. It follows from the review of the results of Belarus" foreign policy and activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs last year that was published on the website of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry. The negotiation process for accession of our country to the WTO has been completely restored. And this year, Belarus will continue to discuss the conditions of membership in the organization. According to the World Bank, WTO accession could provide a significant revenue growth in the medium term. This is due to the reduction of barriers to suppliers of goods and services.
