Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has signed a decree On Innovative Projects. The decree amends the list of projects that are critical for the country’s innovative development. The list features 21 new projects. The document gives the go-ahead for using innovative funds to finance projects on the creation of a biomaterial bank, bolstering national security, agriculture, etc. The decree is expected to encourage innovative activities in economy branches and regions of the country. It will facilitate the development of innovative infrastructure and establishment of new high-technology manufacturing enterprises. It will allow Belarus to create new high added value jobs of the European level.
