Belarus and China are building a regulatory framework of cooperation. Today a framework agreement on the establishment of a Chinese-Belarusian center of innovative technologies has been signed in Minsk. In addition, the Belarusian Innovation Fund and 10 Chinese venture companies have signed an agreement to establish a venture capital market. According to experts, it will help create the conditions for innovative entrepreneurship and cluster development of the national economy.
