According to a memorandum signed by Belarusian Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov and Chairman of China"s CITIC Group Corporation Wang Jun, the first interstate investment fund will launch inBelarus. The fund will be financing joint Belarusian-Chinese projects that are being implemented inBelarus. Initially, the fund"s capital will amount to 50 million dollars.<br>A working group is currently being established to prepare a framework agreement by 1 September, which will spelled out in detail the mechanism for creating the fund, as well as principles for the fund"s operation and management.
