At a meeting in Minsk the parties discussed possible joint projects for young scientists, plans of opening schools for young researchers. During a visit to the National Academy of Sciences, the delegation from Sofia visited the exhibition of scientific achievements of Belarus. The countries will be working in different areas: biotechnology, agricultural technology, space technology, in mechanical engineering, materials science, in chemistry, pharmaceutics. Following the talks, the parties signed a protocol on scientific cooperation agreement for the next 3 years.
