Yesterday Minsk received a government delegation of Georgia. The economic agenda for the coming years was discussed at the sixth meeting of the Belarusian-Georgian intergovernmental commission. The parties see promise in tourism, medicine, education and transport and focus on joint ventures as well. Thus, A dairy production facility with Belarus’ participation will be set up in Georgia and two more stores with Belarusian products will open in Tbilisi. The economic forum scheduled for late March in Tbilisi will also help build up closer cooperation.
