Belarus’ export of medical services totals over $17 million

Over the last 5 months, Belarus’ export of medical services has increased by 20% compared to January-May 2017 and reached over $17 million. The geography is broad: citizens from more than 100 countries come to Belarus for health screening. Traditionally, Russians are the most frequent guests. However, owing to the visa-free regime Belarusian clinics started to accept more citizens of European states. Patients come from Switzerland, the United Kingdom and France. And the number of tourists from Latvia has doubled over the past year.
