The President's working visit to the Brest region continues. The main focus is on harvesting in the current weather conditions and measures to reduce crop losses. Belarus expects to crop about 10 million tons of grain, rapeseed and corn included, Alexander Lukashenko said. Particular attention is given to problematic farms. One of these - Kossovo - was visited by the head of state off-schedule. Right on the field, the President got acquainted with the grain harvesting process and communicated with the crew of the combine operators. As it was reported already, mass harvesting should be completed on August 20. By this time, all regions except Vitebsk will have completed the harvesting campaign.
