Belarus counts on increasing exports

Belarus counts on increasing exports and expanding investment cooperation with Canada. This was stated by the Charge d'Affaires of Belarus to Canada Dmitry Basik. Recently Ottawa lifted 10-year economic restrictions on trade with Minsk. The diplomat is sure that it will contribute to the growth of mutual trade. It is expected that there will be an increase in supplies of the Minsk Tractor Plant machinery to Canada, which is well known in this market. Today the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with the Foreign Ministry organized a meeting of ambassadors with representatives of domestic enterprises. They talked about expanding Belarusian exports.
