The governments of Belarus and Tajikistan are confident about the development of cooperation between the two countries. This was stated by the Prime Ministers during a bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the EAEU Intergovernmental Council. Roman Golovchenko noted the good dynamics in trade and establishment of new economic contacts with Tajikistan. He emphasized that today countries need to work more actively to export goods to third countries. Mutual trade turnover has tripled over the past year from $36 million to $111 million. The negotiations under the auspices of the Intergovernmental Commission made a great contribution in this regard. In April, exhibitions and a business forum were organized in Dushanbe.
