Belarus and St. Petersburg exploring cooperation prospects

Today Russia will host the Business Cooperation Council of Belarus and St. Petersburg. The impressive delegation from Belarus is headed by the Prime Minister. The sides are to discuss the development of industrial cooperation, as well as the delivery of municipal and agricultural equipment. The export of Belarusian products to Russia's northern capital is also on the agenda. A number of documents are to be signed. In 2017 trade between Belarus and St. Petersburg exceeded $1.5 billion. There are all prerequisites for further increase. This will be discussed at the meeting between the Belarusian PM and St. Petersburg's governor.
