Topical matters of bilateral and regional cooperation will be discussed today in Minsk by the Prime Ministers of Belarus and Latvia. Following the talks, Andrei Kobyakov and Maris Kucinskis are expected to sign a number of intergovernmental agreements, as well as a memorandum of understanding on the main areas of economic cooperation in the medium term. In addition, an agreement is expected to be signed between the Ministry of Natural Resources of Belarus and the Ministry of Environment and Regional Development of Latvia on cooperation until 2022. An agreement on cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Latvia is planned to be signed by the Ministry of Transport and the State Committee for Science and Technology of Belarus.
