Belarus and Kazakhstan outline cooperation prospects

Promising areas of bilateral cooperation between Belarus and Kazakhstan were discussed at a meeting of a joint working group. Among those are trade in food and joint production of veterinary drugs. Our country is interested in increasing the supply of agricultural products to Kazakhstan, as well as in supplying equipment for the construction of dairy farms. In addition, the parties talked about cooperation in training and retraining of personnel. The trade turnover between Belarus and Kazakhstan last year increased and reached more than $307 million. The export of our agricultural products and food products alone amounted to almost $290 million.
