A meeting of the intergovernmental Belarusian-Georgian commission for economic cooperation will be held today in Minsk. The parties intend to discuss mutually beneficial projects in industry, agriculture, health care, and tourism. Belarus and Georgia have made significant progress in the economic sphere. In 2016, the commodity turnover between the countries increased by 63% to $73 million. Over January-November 2017 it grew by almost a quarter.
