Basic provisions of Decree No. 7 come into force in Belarus

The Entrepreneurship Week is held in Belarus. One of the key events will be the Assembly of the business community, which is scheduled for March 1. Today, Decree No. 7 «On the Development of Entrepreneurship» comes into force. The document introduces a notification requirement for the most common types of activities: domestic, tourist and social services. Administrative barriers are being abolished as much as possible, complicated and lengthy procedures, connected with obtainment of a large number of certificates and approvals, are cancelled. Most importantly, the number of inspections significantly reduces.
