Banks of Belarus can get the right to conclude smart contracts. Corresponding amendments are to be introduced to the current legislation. Smart contract is a program code that is created and used in blockchain to execute various transactions. At present, High-Tech Park residents have the right to sign such contracts. In addition, it is planned to allow some organizations to make transactions by analogy with banks without digital signature.
